2. A Park Model is slightly larger (400-500 sq ft), on a chassis, meant for extended stays in one place. They also comply with RV regulations and are suitable for rural properties, RV resorts and parks.

3. Modular Homes are built in modular pods, transported and assembled on-site. They are placed on permanent foundation, meeting local building codes as a standard or secondary dwelling. Sizes often 400-650 sq.ft and are used for ADUs, laneway houses, garden suites or secondary dwellings.

Remote Location Delivery: We coordinate with trusted carriers to transport your home directly to your site. These are professionals that move tiny homes on a regular basis. This typically costs $3.00 - $5.00 per km, depending on the scope of the transport. This includes routine scheduling and updates to keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Remote Location Delivery: If your home site is in a remote or hard-to-reach area, we've got you covered. We may need to hire some extra help, including 4x4 transport, crane services or specialty drivers.

Set-up and Installation: Beyond delivery, we also offer set-up and installation services to help you get settled in faster. Our skilled team can handle everything from set up, cribbing, placing your home on the foundation to connecting utilities, ensuring everything is move-in ready.

The cost of our tiny homes on wheels ranges from $160,000 to $250,000, depending on the specific features and customization you choose. For our modular builds, prices range from $175,000 to $300,000. These price ranges reflect the high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and innovative design that goes into each of our homes, ensuring that you receive a superior product tailored to your lifestyle.
